Socialize 2. Learn 3. Network So, actions should be inherent with your purpose---Twitter is a big party, but each guest has their own reason for being there. That's what makes Twitter interesting. I really like "Don't do anything on Twitter you wouldn't do at a party". Another tip I'd like to add is quality not quantity.
